Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is diagnosed when a person displays symptoms of inattention and/or impulsivity or hyperactivity. The behaviours must significantly disrupt the person’s social and academic activities. ADHD is diagnosed through observation, clinical interview, and the use of questionnaires, usually given to both a teacher and a caregiver.
